Path of the Heart -
Journey to the True Self Weekend Intensive and Spirit Renewal Retreat
A woman or man's life path is molded and
made during the significant experiences of her/his life. During the Path of
the Heart experiential intensive we
will explore the unique circumstances that have brought you to the place you
are now. The joys, sorrows, right turns, wrong turns, crossroads,
bypasses, loves and losses have all contributed to the woman/man you are
today. In a safe supportive atmosphere with no more than 5 participants you
will have the opportunity to share yourself and give voice to your most inner longings, Through
a variety of experiential modalities such as guided imagery, creative art
expression, meaningful rituals, breathwork and Gestalt release work you will
explore any defeating patterns
of behavior that are limiting you, release old or present pent up emotions,
and ultimately open your heart and re-connect with your
Spirit. Through becoming still and quieting the chaos inside, you will tap
into your inner wisdom and re-discover who you truly are.
The Path of the Heart is a journey we take
together to empower, enlighten, and embolden ourselves to move forward in
life with inner strength and joy. During our time together Rebecca will
share many wisdom teachings from her life long journey to becoming an
empowered wise woman. Her insightful and intuitive style will gently
confront you to deeper and deeper levels of self-awareness, self-acceptance
and Self-love. Be prepared to laugh through your tears, lose pounds of
"junk", and experience yourself in a radical new way.

Women's and Men's Intensives are
held separately at local retreat facilities in Granbury and encompass one weekend, beginning late afternoon on
Friday and ending with lunch on Sunday.
Group
Intensives $850 includes all meals and
lodging. Insurance may reimburse for part or all.
$200 deposit holds your place. Full amount due 2 weeks prior to
